My husband loves omlettes. I usually use leftover steak when i make this. You could easily cook it fresh. I just throw in what i have in the fridge.

1/4 cmilk

1cooked steak..sliced thin

1 mdonion chopped

fresh sliced mushrooms

1 clovegarlic minced

salt and pepper

salsa of choice

1-2 Tbspolive oil

1 cshredded cheddar cheese
How To Make western steak omlette

1saulte onions, mushrooms, and garlic in the olive oil until they begin to carmalized..you can add the steak to heat it up also

2Mix eggs and milk

3Cook eggs in a small non stick skillet on medium heat..when almost done top with1/2 of cheese steak onion and mushrooms and more cheese..Turn off heat put lid on until cheese is melted. Slid on plate and top with salsa
