Ingredients For veggie egg & cheese breakfast sandwich

2 slicebread of choice

1egg, scrambled (i use butter flavored cooking spray to avoid the fat)

1 slicecheese of choice

1/2 cveggies of choice ~ i used spinach, mushrooms, (sauteed without fat) and diced tomato

butter flavor cooking spray or butter (avoid pam brand because it's gross!)
How To Make veggie egg & cheese breakfast sandwich

1Spray pan with butter flavored cooking spray and outside of bread.

2Lay bread in pan and layer with egg and cheese and top with second piece of bread, sprayed side out. Toast on each side until browned.

3Remove from pan, add sauteed mushrooms, spinach and diced tomatoes to sandwich and serve.
