This is a great dish from one of my friends who enterains regularly. I think it is quite tasty and easy to prepare.

Ingredients For swiss omelet

8 slicewhite bread, crust removed

6eggs, beaten
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
1 cmilk
-
1 cvelveeta cheese, cubed

1 cswiss cheese, cubed

1 lbsausage, browned with a little onion
How To Make swiss omelet

1Cube the bread and place in a greased 9 x 13" casserole dish. Alternate with cheese until all is used. Put sausage over this mixture; mix eggs with milk and salt; pour over all. Let stand overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
