2 ozoscar meyer deli fresh smoked turkey breast

1slice sargento lower fat provolone cheese

slice of tomato

salt and pepper, to your taste

1 tspextra virgin olive oil
How To Make sunrise sandwich

1Heat oil in small nonstick skillet until hot. Add egg and gently fry until done. Season with salt and pepper. Split English muffin, place turkey on muffin, top with cheese and then with egg. Microwave 40 seconds. Top with tomato. About 380 calories vs. 660 calories from breakfast sandwich at fast food places.
