These are fun to make...Get creative..I like to make different colors for different holidays...then make the yolks into deviled egg...and fill the centers--always looks great..

Ingredients For stained glass easter eggs

6 lgeggs, hard boiled

4 cto make colored eggs in

8 tspapple cider vinegar

4different shades of food color

very hot water
How To Make stained glass easter eggs

1Put the eggs in a pan , fill pan with water to cover.put 1/2 teaspoon of vinegar in water. Turn on heat under pan-set timer for 20 minutes.when time is up rinse eggs in cold water.drain and begin. Put 2 teaspoons of cider vinegar in each cup you are using. add choice of food color 1 to3 drops per cup. Add the very hot water...leaving room for egg.

2When eggs are still a little warm gently roll to crack shell but don't crush egg. place one prepared egg in each cup of colored water and leave to desired shade. After you do the 4 colors you can use the remain two eggs to double dip the egg -making each end different in color..Play around with the colors.

3When eggs have cooled carefully remove the colored shell and put on display at the breakfast table..keep uneaten eggs in refrigerator.Enjoy and have fun...Can make red and green for Christmas, to make deviled eggs they look fabulous.
