    eggs, beaten
  • 1 Tbsp
    milk
  • 2 slice
    tomatoes
  • 1
    handful spinach, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp
    goat cheese
  • salt/pepper
  • 1 tsp
    butter

How To Make spinach, tomato, goat cheese omelette

    Combine well the eggs & milk,add salt& pepper.
  • 2
    in a non stick skillet, put on medium and add butter, pour the egg mixture and swirl around till half set.
  • 3
    put the spinach, tomatoes and goat cheese and fold over, cover and let it finish setting a couple more minutes.
