Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day and tho I haven't tried this just yet is sounds good to me and is on my to make list. If anyone makes this I'd love your feedback and a picture if you're willing to share one.

Ingredients For spanish benedict

1 cmilk

1 Tbspbutter

1/2 tspchili powder

0.9 ozpacket hollandaise sauce mix

1/2 cshredded mexican blend cheese

2links chicken chorizo, very thinly sliced

4english muffins, split
-
8 slicetomato
-
8poached or fried eggs
How To Make spanish benedict

1Heat milk, butter, chili powder and sauce mix in a small pan, whisking until hot and thickened. Whisk in cheese and set aside

2Cook chorizo in a skillet until lightly browned. Toast muffins

3Top each muffin half with a tomato slice, equal amounts of chorizo and an egg. Spoon 2 tablespoons sauce over each.
