Ingredients For slow cooker breakfast

1 pkg(30 oz) frozen hash browns

1 lbsausage, browned and drained

8 ozcheddar cheese, shredded

8 ozmozzarella cheese, shredded

6green onions, sliced
-
12eggs
-
1/2 cmilk
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
1/4 tsppepper
How To Make slow cooker breakfast

1Spray a large slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray then place half the hash browns into the bottom.

2Layer in half the cooked sausage, half the cheeses and half the green onions, then repeat hash browns, sausage and cheese layers.

3In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt and pepper, then drizzle over top.

4Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours or until eggs are set.

5Serve with remaining green onions, salsa or guacamole.
