Ingredients For simple eggs a la king

1/2 cchopped celery

1/4 cchopped green pepper
-
1/4 conion, chopped fine

2 Tbspoil

4 lgeggs, hard boiled

1 can(10-3/4 oz.) condensed cream of celery soup

1/2 cmilk
-
1 cdiced velveeta cheese
-
1/4 cpimiento-stuffed green olives, sliced

4 slicebread, toasted
How To Make simple eggs a la king

1In a small saucepan over medium-high heat, cook celery, green pepper and onion in oil, until tender, about fifteen minutes. Meanwhile, hard-boil 4 eggs; peel and chop and set aside.

2Into the vegetable mixture, add the soup, the milk, and the Velveeta cubes. Heat and stir until cheese melts.

3Add the chopped eggs and olive slices. Mix well and heat. Spoon over hot buttered toast, and accompany it with some sliced banana and a glass of orange juice for a healthy breakfast.
