Ingredients For seasoned scrambled eggs

4egg whites

3eggs

2 Tbspreduced-fat ranch salad dressing

2 tspmustard, spicy brown

1 tspfresh parsley, minced, or fresh chives

1/2 tspgarlic powder

salt and pepper to taste, if desired

1 tspcanola oil
-
1/4 cpart-skim mozzarella cheese, shredded
How To Make seasoned scrambled eggs

1In a medium bowl, whisk together the egg whites and eggs. Stir in the salad dressing, mustard, parsley and garlic powder. Add salt and pepper if desired.

2In a large, non-stick skillet cook egg mixture in oil over medium heat for 2 minutes or until eggs are almost set.

3Stir in cheese. Cook for 1 minute more or until eggs are set and cheese is melted. Serve immediately.
