Ingredients For scrambled egg pizza

    eggs
  • 1/4 c
    sour cream
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    tabasco
  • 1 dash
    pepper
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1/4 c
    shredded swiss cheese
  • 1/4 can
    grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp
    oregano leaves, crumbled
  • 3
    green onions, finely sliced
  • 4
    cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 3 slice
    salami, cut in strips
  • 2
    anchovies, optional

How To Make scrambled egg pizza

    Beat together eggs, sour cream, salt, hot pepper seasoning, and pepper until blended. Melt butter in small frying pan over medium-low heat. When butter begins to foam, add eggs. Cook, uncovered, lifting cooked portion with a wide spatula to allow uncooked egg to flow under. When eggs are just softly set, remove from heat.

    Sprinkle cheeses evenly over eggs; then sprinkle oregano evenly over cheese. Broil about 4 inches from heat just until cheese is melted. Distribute onion over eggs; arrange cherry tomatoes, salami, and anchovies (if used) on top of onion. Cut in wedges.
