1/4 csour cream

How To Make scrambled egg pizza

1Beat together eggs, sour cream, salt, hot pepper seasoning, and pepper until blended. Melt butter in small frying pan over medium-low heat. When butter begins to foam, add eggs. Cook, uncovered, lifting cooked portion with a wide spatula to allow uncooked egg to flow under. When eggs are just softly set, remove from heat.

2Sprinkle cheeses evenly over eggs; then sprinkle oregano evenly over cheese. Broil about 4 inches from heat just until cheese is melted. Distribute onion over eggs; arrange cherry tomatoes, salami, and anchovies (if used) on top of onion. Cut in wedges.
