Ingredients For scrambled egg muffins

1/2 lbbulk pork sausage or bacon

12 lgeggs

1/2small onion ..diced small or minced dry onion

1/4 cgreen bell pepper..diced small

1/2 tspsalt

1/4 tspgarlic powder
-
1/4 tsppepper

1/2 cshredded cheddar cheese
How To Make scrambled egg muffins

1Preheat oven to 350.

2In a large skillet,cook sausage until no longer pink. Drain. (you could substitute bacon for sausage.Use same instructions)

3In a large bowl,beat eggs. Add onion & next 5 ingredients. Stir in sausage and cheese.

4Spoon by 1/3 cupfuls into muffin cups coated with cooking spray.

5Bake 20-25 minutes or until a knife inserted comes out clean.
