Ingredients For scrambled egg muffins

  • 1/2 lb
    bulk pork sausage or bacon
  • 12 lg
    eggs
  • 1/2
    small onion ..diced small or minced dry onion
  • 1/4 c
    green bell pepper..diced small
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper
  • 1/2 c
    shredded cheddar cheese

How To Make scrambled egg muffins

    Preheat oven to 350.
  • 2
    In a large skillet,cook sausage until no longer pink. Drain. (you could substitute bacon for sausage.Use same instructions)

    In a large bowl,beat eggs. Add onion & next 5 ingredients. Stir in sausage and cheese.

    Spoon by 1/3 cupfuls into muffin cups coated with cooking spray.

    Bake 20-25 minutes or until a knife inserted comes out clean.
