I made this for breakfast the other day, and it was yummy. No leftovers.

Ingredients For scrambled egg blast

1 pkg16 oz. bacon of choice, (i used thick cut)

6lg. eggs

1med. onion, chopped if desired

1/2 pkgshredded cheese of choice

dashsalt and pepper
-
dashgarlic powder,(optional)
How To Make scrambled egg blast

1Fry up the bacon until crispy. Cut or break up cooked bacon into pieces. Set aside in a bowl.

2Put eggs in a bowl, add 1 T. milk beat until mixed up. Pour eggs in skillet on med. heat, add bacon pieces, onion salt and pepper. Fry until eggs are scrambled. Sprinkle cheese on top, cook until cheese melts.
