Ingredients For scots eggs

  • 6 lg
    hard boiled eggs
  • 1
    egg beaten
  • 20 oz
    bulk pork sausage
  • 1 c
    plain bread crumbs

How To Make scots eggs

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    Peel eggs.
  • 3
    Evenly divide sausage for 6 eggs,and pat around hard cooked eggs. Make sure egg is completely covered, and sealed.

    In a bowl place the beaten egg.

    Then roll each wrapped egg in beaten egg, and then in bread crumbs. Place on rack in roasting pan. Bake 50 to 60 min., or until sausage in cooked.
