I received this recipe from a friend years ago. We enjoy when we are on the go, because you can hold in your hand and eat.

Ingredients For scots eggs

6 lghard boiled eggs

1egg beaten
-
20 ozbulk pork sausage

1 cplain bread crumbs
How To Make scots eggs

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2Peel eggs.

3Evenly divide sausage for 6 eggs,and pat around hard cooked eggs. Make sure egg is completely covered, and sealed.

4In a bowl place the beaten egg.

5Then roll each wrapped egg in beaten egg, and then in bread crumbs. Place on rack in roasting pan. Bake 50 to 60 min., or until sausage in cooked.
