10 slicebacon, partly fried

1 cswiss cheese, grated

2green onions, sliced

4eggs, beaten

1 1/2 clight cream

1 1/4 tspsalt

1/8 tspwhite pepper

4 ozfresh mushrooms, optional
How To Make savory breakfast dish, bacon, eggs and cheese

1In a large bowl, combine cheese, eggs, bacon (cut in 1 inch pieces), onions, cream, salt and pepper.

2Add mushrooms if desired.

3Pour into lightly buttered 8 inch square dish.

4Bake.
