seems like such an easy idea but some people just stare at me when I say that I make my own sausage muffin sandwich at home and don't always have to go to the fast food places to have a quick breakfast. I always keep frozen sausage pattys in the freezer (cheap at Walmart), but you could form your own if you have bulk sausage on hand.

4preformed sausage pattys

4english muffins, sliced

4eggs

4cheese slices
How To Make sausage muffins

1cook sausage pattys. If you are using the frozen ones then cook about 5 minutes on each side to be sure of doneness

2toast english muffins. I put all of them in my toaster oven at the same time.

3cook eggs individually.Make sure they are small enough that they will fit easily on the english muffin

4assemble sandwiches and enjoy
