How To Make rose petal omelette

1Melt butter in a non-stick pan or omelette pan over medium low heat.

2Add all but a few rose petals, the cracked eggs and seasoning to a blender.

3Process on low until the petals are very fine. Pour into pan, reduce heat a little, cover and cook until set. Add cheese to centre, fold over side onto plate. Sprinkle with reserved petals and serve.
