This is the easiest recipe but everyone says "wow" when they see it. And they're even more impressed when they taste it! It's certainly one of my favorites. Individually serves four of your favorite breakfast or brunchgoers and is easily multiplied. My mother-in-law taught me this one, and she is a 5-star chef in Barbados!

Who knew something so simple could be so delicious? These baked eggs are simple to make. Since they are served in individual ramekins, they are impressive when served. The eggs are cooked in a thick cream for richness. As you dig in, gooey fresh mozzarella cheese is a nice surprise. Then you get to the smoky pieces of bacon. An easy and delicious treat for a holiday breakfast or brunch.

Ingredients For puddin place eggs

butter
-
4 slicebacon, cooked and cut in pieces

4 slicefresh mozzarella, cut in pieces

4 lgeggs
-
1 cheavy cream
-
salt, to taste
-
pepper, to taste

paprika, to taste (optional)
How To Make puddin place eggs

1Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Lightly butter the ramekins.

2Put bacon in a circle around the edges and add mozzarella on top of bacon.

3Gently add egg to the center without breaking the yolks.

4Gently spoon about 1/4 c cream over each egg.

5Salt and pepper lightly. Sprinkle with paprika.

6Bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes.

7Center should "shake" but not "swim."
