How To Make pesto toast with fried egg and parmesan

1Toast the Texas toast. Set on 4 plates. Spread basil pesto on each slice.

2Add butter to a frying pan. Once melted, break eggs into the pan and season with salt and pepper. Cook until whites are cooked, but the yolk is still runny.

3Place an egg on each piece of toast. Top with a slice of tomato and shaved Parmesan.
