8eggs

1/4 cheavy cream

8 slicebacon,diced

1green pepper,finely diced

2green onions,minced

1 cgrated havarti cheese
How To Make pastry egg breakfast

1Preheat oven to 400.

2Bake shells for 15 minutes. Mix the eggs with the cream. Fry bacon,add the green pepper and saute until tender. Pour off half the fat.

3Add the eggs and green onions;stir until cooked. Remove from heat.

4Stir in the cheese. Fill each shell with the egg filling.

5Serve at once.
