I made this breakfats dish last year for Chistmas morning. It is so easy that I could enjoy the gift-giving without being worried about burning my omlettes. After the holidyas I have found that there are lots of mornings that I have better things to do then cook 4 individual omlettes. Enjoy!

Ingredients For oven baked omelette

1/4 cbutter

18eggs

1 cmilk

2 tspsalt

1 csour cream

1/4 cgreen onions, chopped

1/3 cgrated sharp cheddar cheese
How To Make oven baked omelette

1Melt the butter in a 13 X 9 glass baking dish.

2In a large mixing bowl beat together the eggs, milk, salt and sour cream.

3Pour the mixture over the butter.

4Stir in the onions and top with cheese.

5Bake in a preheated oven at 350 for 35 minutes or until the eggs are set, but moist.
