Came up with this recipe because I had a little bit of this and that and remembered a sandwich I loved from a restaurant at Fairlane Town Plaza

Ingredients For open faced cheesy egg sandwich

2eggs cooked how ever you like

2 slicebacon, ham, sausage

1english muffins
-
2tomato slices
-
1 tspbutter, melted

1 tspflour
-
1/2 cmilk or cream
-
1/2 ccheddar cheese or what you have on hand
How To Make open faced cheesy egg sandwich

1make basic white sauce; melt butter add flour and stir till smooth, add milk stir add cheese stir til smooth and thick. This amount will be enough for 2-3 sandwiches

2cook bacon, ham or sausage and set aside. I used leftovers of bacon.

3cook eggs anyway you want. While eggs are cooking split english muffin and toast. Butter muffins on each muffin add 1 slice of tomato,1 egg, 1/2 cheese sauce and top with bacon.

4I serve open face. If using ham or sausage, place meat ontop of egg then add cheese sauce. This recipe is great to customize to any leftovers you have
