Ingredients For omelet chasseur

  • 4 Tbsp
    butter, divided
  • 1 md
    shallot, diced
  • 3
    chicken livers, cut into pieces
  • 1 c
    mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 c
    grape tomatoes, halved
  • salt and pepper
  • 12
    eggs
  • 2 Tbsp
    milk or cream
  • micro greens

How To Make omelet chasseur

  • 1
    Place 2 tbsp butter in a skillet. Add the shallot, chicken livers and mushrooms. Cook about 5 minutes. Add the tomatoes and cook 5 more minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Remove a few mushrooms for garnish.

    Beat the eggs with the cream. Add the remaining butter to a pan and make omelets one at a time with the filling. Fold and garnish with micro greens.
