Ingredients For northwestern omelette

3 lgeggs

4 slicebacon
-
1/2 cham, diced

1/4 lbbulk pork sausage

1/4 cmushrooms, fresh

1/2 ccheese, shredded

1 pkgcountry style gravy
-
1 cmilk
-
1 tspblack pepper
How To Make northwestern omelette

1brown sausage in a skillet. Crumble as your cooking it. Remove and set aside.

2Place bacon in skillet. cook completely. crumble once cooked.

3Mix eggs with a whisk. Put in a non-stick skillet.

4Add the following to one side. Cooked Sausage, Bacon, ham, mushrooms and cheese. Reserve some bacon for the topping.

5In a sauce pan prepare the country gravy with the milk. Add the black pepper. Top the omelette with the gravy. Sprinkle bacon on top.
