Ingredients For no-fail quiche

  • 9
    unbaked pie crust
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1/3 c
    chopped onion
  • 3 lg
    eggs
  • 8 oz
    low fat sour cream
  • 1 1/2 c
    grated swiss cheese
  • 1 c
    sharp chedder cheese
  • 1 c
    chopped spinach
  • salt and pepper to taste

How To Make no-fail quiche

  • 1
    Saute onions in butter. Add spinach, stir for one minute to soften. Line the crust with Swiss cheese. Beat eggs, add sour cream and Cheddar cheese. Stir until well blended. Add to spinach mixture. Pour over Swiss Cheese into crust. BAKE 350 until set and light brown.

    Combination's are endless. I have tried different cheeses, veggies, bacon, ham sausage. Moist and so tasty.
