This quiche is so delicious, it doesn't need the crust (which makes it super low carb)!

Ingredients For no crust quiche

  • 3
    eggs
  • 1 c
    heavy cream
  • 1/2 c
    milk
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper
  • 1/2 tsp
    dry mustard
  • 1 1/2 c
    swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 c
    frozen spinach, defrosted
  • 1/4 c
    frozen diced onions, defrosted

How To Make no crust quiche

    Preheat oven at 375 degrees.

    Mix all ingredients togeter.

    Spray casserole dish (I used 8x10) with cooking spray.

    Bake for 45 minutes. Use toothpick to test for doneness. Delicious whether served hot or at room temperature.

    This recipe is so versatile, you can use any combination of vegetables/cheese and/or use Egg Beaters instead of eggs. It can also be baked in a 9" deep dish pie crust.
