Ingredients For my breakfast casserole

    eggs
  • 6
    stripes of bacon, cooked and diced
  • 3 c
    mild chedder cheese,grated.
  • 6 slice
    bread,cut into cubes.
  • 1 c
    corn kernels, frozen
  • 1/2 c
    chopped broccoli,fresh
  • 1/2 c
    button mushrooms,sliced
  • 1/2 c
    green onions chopped.
  • 2 c
    milk, whole
  • 1 c
    ham,cubed
  • 1 c
    italian pork sausage,cooked
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    each. basil ,thym,and rosemary

How To Make my breakfast casserole

    pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 13x9 inch casserole dish with cooking spray... In a large mixing bowl,Beat eggs. Mix in the milk and cheese,Add the bread,carfully stir untill all pieces are moist,(do not over mix bread).

    Add all the rest of the ingredients,except bacon.Add salt & pepper to taste. Pour into casserole dish......Bake for 45 min. Remove from oven, top with bacon. Return to oven Bake for 10-15 min....Untill top is brown...Remove let cool 10-15 min..Befor serving...
