1 clovegarlic, chopped finely

How To Make maltese breakfast scramble

1Cook onions and garlic in 2 T butter until soft.

2Add the tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes.

3Beat the eggs and add salt and pepper.

4Pour the eggs onto the onion and tomato mixture.

5Add parsley immediately.

6Stir continuously over low heat until the eggs are barely set.
