Ingredients For light & fluffy scrammbled eggs

5-6 lgeggs

1/4 chalf and half
-
1/2 csour cream

1 dashsalt

1 dashpepper

1 dashpaprika

1 ccheddar shredded cheese

1 Tbspbutter
How To Make light & fluffy scrammbled eggs

1Wisk eggs, half & half, salt, pepper & paprika extremely well. Add sourcream & shredded cheese to mix, wisk in thoroughly.

2Take nonstick butter flavored spray pan. Add in table spoon of butter to pan melt & add egg mixture.

3cook on medium heat. Use wisk or fork to stir continuesly until eggs are light & fluffy. Add to bowl & ready to serve.

4I have also substituted cheddar for mozzarella, asiago or american cheese. Delicious!!!
