I'm not a big fan of eggs, and following a low-carb, ketogenic eating plan for years, I've found this is the best way to eat eggs for breakfast. Mixed with avocado and cottage cheese, it is delicious and it's full of good fat and lots of protein to get your day started.

Ingredients
- 2 eggs, boiled and shelled
- 1 small ripe avocado, cut and inside scooped out
- 2 - 3 tablespoons full fat cottage cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
How To Make keto protein breakfast

Step 1Cut and mash boiled eggs in a small bowl.

Step 2Add avocado and continue to mash and mix with a fork.

Step 3Add salt, pepper, and cottage cheese.

Step 4Eat alone or with low carb wheat toast, or make a sandwich with it. You can even add cooked bacon.
