keto protein breakfast
I'm not a big fan of eggs, and following a low-carb, ketogenic eating plan for years, I've found this is the best way to eat eggs for breakfast. Mixed with avocado and cottage cheese, it is delicious and it's full of good fat and lots of protein to get your day started.

2eggs, boiled and shelled

1 smripe avocado, cut and inside scooped out

2 - 3 Tbspfull fat cottage cheese

1/4 tspsalt

1/4 tspblack pepper
How To Make keto protein breakfast

1Cut and mash boiled eggs in a small bowl.

2Add avocado and continue to mash and mix with a fork.

3Add salt, pepper, and cottage cheese.

4Eat alone or with low carb wheat toast, or make a sandwich with it. You can even add cooked bacon.
