Ingredients For joe's cream-cheesy eggs

1/2 cphiladelphia cooking creme

2 Tbspbutter

salt and pepper
How To Make joe's cream-cheesy eggs

1In a medium bowl, beat the eggs well; gradually add the cream cheese, salt and pepper.

2Melt butter in medium-sized skillet. Pour in egg mixture. Cook slowly over medium heat, stirring and folding eggs into center of pan.

3Eggs are done when they look moist but not wet.

4For variety, use one of the flavored cooking cremes available from Kraft.
