hubby makes thee most awesome breakfasts....and the cool thing is u use what u waant in it..we lke the bacon[but ham or sausage work too] plus add what veggies u like[ we lov onions and mushrooms] bell peppers,brocolli flowerettes,celery all work good too

Ingredients For hubby's breakfast bowl

  • 1/4 lb
    bacon, cooked
  • 2 md
    potato,sliced thin
  • 1 md
    onion,chopped small
  • 4 lg
    sliced fresh mushroom
  • 2-4 lg
    eggs
  • 2 Tbsp
    yur fav cheese grated

How To Make hubby's breakfast bowl

    fry bacon til crisp,set aside
  • 2
    into bacon fat add chopped onion cook an stir til it starts ti carmelize than add mushroom cook a few min more..stir well to coat all well add potaoes.... cook til them are fork tender... remove from pan turn temp down

    add eggs[1-2] per person..... fry to over easy remove from pan ....

    take potato mix and devide onto 2 plates......put eggs on top of potatoes arrange bacon around it sprinkle cheese on top let it melt an serve..... with a tall glass of ice cold oj[or yur fav juice]
