I received this recipe from my Father inlaw who brought it back from Germany.Everybody I have cooked this for has loved it.

1 1/2 call purpose flour

1 1/2 cmilk, whole or 2 %

3/4 tspsalt

8 Tbspbutter, unsalted
How To Make hills and dales / baked german pancakes

1Preheat oven to 425 degrees

2Melt butter in a 9"x 13" baking pan.

3While butter is melting, whip eggs until thick.

4Add milk flour and salt to eggs.

5When butter is melted pour batter into pan, and bake for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown.

6Serve with your choice of fruit preserves, maple syrup, or powdered sugar.
