2thin slices ripe tomato

1slice low fat colby jack cheese

1wheat deli thin bun-or bagel thin, toasted

butter spray

salt and pepper
How To Make healthy-start breakfast sammie

1Heat a small non-stick pan on med-high. Spray with cooking spray.

2Add the egg whites and cook till set on the bottom (about a minute). Flip over and sprinkle with salt and peper. Add the tomato slices and cheese.

3Cover the pan. It is done when the cheese looks melted. Serve on toasted bun sprayed with butter spray.
