Having lived in Europe twice in my lifetime, Quiche was something I had there and it was just so good that I fell somewhat in love. This recipe is amazing! A brunch recipe, or a nice dinner with a salad, you are sure to enjoy it.

Ingredients For ham & cheese quiche

19" pie crust

2 ozshredded swiss cheese

4 ozsharp shredded cheddar cheese

2 Tbspflour

1/2 cdiced cooked ham

2 Tbsphoney mustard

4eggs, beaten

1 cmilk
-
1/4 cchopped green onion
How To Make ham & cheese quiche

1Prick pie shell, bake at 400 degrees for 5 min. Prick again and bake 5 more min.

2Combine cheeses and toss with 1 T flour. Put in crust. Mix ham and mustard, throw in pie. Combine remaining, pour on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 min. Let stand 10 min. Serve.
