This is a fun recipe. Kids especially like it because of the small size and alphabet pasta. Sometimes you can find tiny "superhero" pasta or star pasta. Those could also be substituted. If you use regular muffin tins, increase the cook time.

Ingredients For ham and noodle quiches

1 calphabet pasta, uncooked

3/4 cfinely chopped cooked ham (about 1/4 pound)

3/4 cfinely chopped swiss cheese (about 1/4 pound)

1/4 cfinely chopped onion

1/2 cwhipping cream
-
1/2 cmilk
-
2 lgeggs, lightly beaten

1 tspsalt
-
1/8 tspground nutmeg
How To Make ham and noodle quiches

1Cook the pasta according to package directions; drain well.

2Combine the pasta, ham, Swiss cheese and onion in a large bowl; stir well. Spoon evenly into greased miniature (1 3/4 inch) muffin pans.

3Combine whipping cream and remaining ingredients, stirring with a wire whisk until blended. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the pasta mixture in the muffin pans. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes or until set and lightly browned. Remove from pans; serve immediately.
