18 inch deep dish pie shell

1/2 cham, diced

3/4 cSwiss cheese, grated

4 lgeggs

1/2 tspsalt

1/2 tsppepper

1 cmilk (can use1/2 milk and 1/2 half and half)

nutmeg (optional)
How To Make ham and cheese brunch quiche

1Using a chilled pie shell, sprinkle ham on the bottom of the pie shell.

2Combine the remaining ingredients, with the exception of the nutmeg, in a blender. Blend until well mixed.

3Pour egg mixture over the ham.

4Bake at 350 degrees F. for approximately 40 minutes or until the crust is browned and the custard is set. Sprinkle with nutmeg, if desired.
