Ingredients For goddess eggs

  • 10 md
    shrimp
  • 1 tsp
    minced garlic
  • 1 pinch
    salt and pepper
  • 6
    eggs
  • 1/4 c
    asparagus, fresh
  • 1/4 stick
    butter
  • 1 pkg
    hollandaise sauce
  • 1 pt
    garlic and herb seasoning
  • 2 Tbsp
    bacon bits

How To Make goddess eggs

  • 1
    prepare hollandaise sauce according to directions on packet ** cook on low in a small sauce pan careful not to burn sauce
  • 2
    place butter into medium warm pan, swirl until melted
  • 3
    add shrimp and asparagus to pan
  • 4
    sprinkle on minced garlic, salt, pepper and garlic herb seasoning
  • 5
    stir for 2-4 minutes until shrimp is cooked and asparagus is tender
  • 6
    scramble eggs in a bowl, then add to contents of pan
  • 7
    reduce heat to low then slowly fold eggs until cooked
  • 8
    serve on a plate with hollandaise sauce then sprinkle with bacon bits
