I found this delicious recipe on another web site. I have made it twice in one week as it is so easy and delightfully good!

Ingredients For german pancakes - steph

  • 6
    eggs
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1 c
    flour
  • 1/2 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1 c
    milk
  • 1/2 c
    butter - do not substitute
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt

How To Make german pancakes - steph

  • 1
    Melt the butter in a 9 x 13" pan in the oven at 350 degrees. B lend eggs for at least two minutes in a blender. Add milk, flour, sugar, vanilla, and salt. Remove pan with melted butter from oven and pour egg mixture over butter. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 - 20 minutes; sides will puff up and top will get lightly browned. Serve with warm syrup. I baked it for approximately 15 minutes. ENJOY!!
