1 creduced-fat, shredded monterey jack cheese

1/2 tspsalt

1/4 tspwhite pepper

1 ccherry tomatoes, sliced in 1/2

How To Make garden patch quiche

1Heat oven to 350 Place pie crust in 9" pie pan. In lg skillet, heat oil over medium heat.

2Add spinach to skillet, cook until just wilted. In lg bowl, Beat eggs and cream. Add both cheeses, onion powder, salt an pepper.

3Stir in spinach and tomatoes. Pour mix into crust. Bake 40 mins, or until firm.
