Ingredients For fluffy scrambled eggs

  • 3 lg
    eggs
  • 1 Tbsp
    cold butter cut in half
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    creme fraiche
  • salt and pepper

How To Make fluffy scrambled eggs

  • 1
    Crack the eggs into a cold pan. Add 1/2 of the butter and put it on low heat. Whisk the eggs until they start to set then add the remaining butter.

    Keep whisking but don't let the pan get to hot. You want the eggs to be soft and lumpy. When almost done add the creme fraiche and season salt.

    Remove from heat while they are still lumpy and soft. Place on plate and season with pepper.
