    cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 soup can of milk
  • salt and pepper to taste

    english muffins , halved
  • 6 slice
    canadian bacon

    SAUTE ONIONS IN MARGARINE, ADD SOUP, MILK, SALT AND PEPPER ,COOK UNTIL BUBBLY. DROP EGGS INTO SAUCE AND COOK UNTIL DONE (POACHED )

    REMOVE FROM SAUCE WITH SLOTTED SPOON.SERVE ON LIGHTLY TOASTED ENGLISH MUFFINS,HALF ON WHICH YOU HAVE PLACED A SLICE OF CANADIAN BACON. COVER ALL WITH SAUCE
