12eggs

3 tspfresh parsley, minced

1 tspnutmeg

salt and pepper to taste

1/2 csour cream
-
1 Tbspgreen onions, chopped
-
1 lbbacon, cooked and crumbled

12whole button mushrooms
How To Make eggs a la wedgewood

1In a large skillet scramble the eggs with the parsley and nutmeg.

2In a 9 inch square baking dish layer the scrambled eggs, salt and pepper to taste, sour cream, green onions, bacon pieces, mushrooms and cheddar cheese.

3Refrigerate the casserole overnight.

4Bake in a 300 degree oven for 20 to 30 minutes, until the cheese is melted.

5Do not overbake.
