Ingredients For egg salad (eat-clean diet)

3hard boiled eggs whites, chopped

1hard boiled eggs yolk

1 tspmustard
-
1/2 cfat free cottege cheese, drained

1 tspfat- free skim milk

1/4 ccelery , chopped

1/4 cgreen onions, chopped

salt and pepper
-
1/8 tspcelery seed
How To Make egg salad (eat-clean diet)

1Boil eggs as desired.. Peel and chopped; then set aside.

2In a blender add the cottege cheese , mil and mustard until smooth. Add the eggs, onion ,celery, salt pepper and celery seed. Mix well until combine. Chill for 1 hour. Serve on melba toast, 100% whole wheat bread..
