Ingredients For egg salad (eat-clean diet)

  • 3
    hard boiled eggs whites, chopped
  • 1
    hard boiled eggs yolk
  • 1 tsp
    mustard
  • 1/2 c
    fat free cottege cheese, drained
  • 1 tsp
    fat- free skim milk
  • 1/4 c
    celery , chopped
  • 1/4 c
    green onions, chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/8 tsp
    celery seed

How To Make egg salad (eat-clean diet)

    Boil eggs as desired.. Peel and chopped; then set aside.

    In a blender add the cottege cheese , mil and mustard until smooth. Add the eggs, onion ,celery, salt pepper and celery seed. Mix well until combine. Chill for 1 hour. Serve on melba toast, 100% whole wheat bread..
