This omelette is my husband's fav as he likes the taste of onion and chilli. We have it generally in breakfast or sometimes just as snacks.

Ingredients For egg onion omelette

    eggs
  • 2 Tbsp
    onion, chopped
  • 1
    green chilli, fresh [optional]
  • 1 Tbsp
    oil
  • salt to taste

How To Make egg onion omelette

    Mix chopped onion, chilli, salt, and eggs and beat till fluffy.

    Heat oil and add the egg onion mixture. Let it set and cook for 2-3 minutes in low flame or low power when you can just turn it and cook for another 2 minutes.
