Ingredients For egg meringue

  • 4 lg
    eggs
  • 1 c
    shredded cheese any flavor
  • 1/4 c
    crumbled cooked back
  • 1/4 c
    green onions diced
  • salt and pepper

How To Make egg meringue

  • 1
    Preheat oven 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Separate the egg whites from the egg yolks. Careful to not break the egg yolks. Whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Fold in the bacon, cheese, and green onions.
  • 3
    Place in mounds on baking sheet. Use a spoon to create a well in the middle of each one. Place in oven and bake 3 minutes. Remove from oven and place a yolk in the the well of each meringue. Place back in the oven for 3 more minutes or until eggs are set.
