1handful of mixed greens

1/4 creddi egg

1 Tbspmuir glen mild organic salsa

salt and pepper to taste
How To Make egg and salsa on toast

1Heat the oil in a small skillet.

2Add the egg and cook it.

3Toast the bread.

4Put the toast on a plate, top with the mixed greens.

5Put the egg on top of the greens.

6Top it with the salsa. Add salt and pepper if you like.
