Ingredients For egg and beef scramble

1 pkg(3-1/2 oz.) dried beef

6eggs, slightly beaten

1/8 tsppepper

salt to taste

3 Tbspmilk or cream

1 pkg(3 oz.) cream cheese, softened
How To Make egg and beef scramble

1Melt butter in a large skillet on medium-low. Cut or tear beef into bite-size pieces. Saute in butter 3 to4 minutes or untillightly browned. Reduce heat to simmer.

2Combine eggs with salt, pepper, milk and cream cheese. Pour into skillet and slowly cook until cheese is melted and eggs are thoroughly cooked but stilll moist and glossy, about 6 to 8 minutes.

3Serve with English muffins, toast, or any other breakfast type breads to make a complete meal.
