I'm usually the first one up on the weekends. This recipe is so easy to put together while the coffee is brewing.

Ingredients For easy weekend eggs

1/2dozen eggs

3 slicesandwich ham

3 sliceamerican cheese
-
3 slicebread
-
6 tspsalsa or ceasar dressing, your choice

1 dashsalt and pepper

1 dashgarlic powder
How To Make easy weekend eggs

1Lightly spray a 6 muffin tin

2Slice the bread, ham and cheese into 6 portions

3Place 1 portion of bread in each muffin cup. Add 1 teaspoon of salsa or ceasar dressing. Lightly press down into the cup

4Add 1 portion of ham and then cheese into each cup. Lightly press down

5Lightly sprinkle garlic over each cup

6Very carefully crack 1 egg and place on top of the ham, cheese, mixture. Repeat to cover all cups

7Salt and pepper to taste

8Each cup will be filled to the brim. Very carefully place the tin onto the middle rack of a 350 degree oven. Bake for 30 minutes.

9Remove and cool for 10 minutes and enjoy!
