Ingredients For easy skillet scramble

  • 1 can
    (15 oz) canned white potatoes, sliced
  • 1/2 c
    real bacon pieces (i use the kirkland brand from costco)
  • 5
    eggs
  • 1 c
    extra sharp shredded cheese
  • salt and pepper, to taste

How To Make easy skillet scramble

  • 1
    Heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in a medium non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add sliced potatoes and cook until they start to brown.

    Add bacon pieces and cook until heated through.

    Whisk eggs well in a bowl and pour over the potatoes and bacon. Let cook until the eggs start to set and add cheese. Scramble it all with a fork until eggs are set and cheese is melted.

    Serve with toast and jam.
