Ingredients For easy skillet scramble

1 can(15 oz) canned white potatoes, sliced

1/2 creal bacon pieces (i use the kirkland brand from costco)

5eggs
-
1 cextra sharp shredded cheese

salt and pepper, to taste
How To Make easy skillet scramble

1Heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in a medium non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add sliced potatoes and cook until they start to brown.

2Add bacon pieces and cook until heated through.

3Whisk eggs well in a bowl and pour over the potatoes and bacon. Let cook until the eggs start to set and add cheese. Scramble it all with a fork until eggs are set and cheese is melted.

4Serve with toast and jam.
